Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases and use of digital products offered via the website kosmorea.space, operated by Kosmorea, Inhaberin: Petrina Samara.

2. Digital Products
All products offered are digital goods (e.g. audio files, digital content, downloads).
No physical products are shipped.

3. Contract Conclusion
The contract is concluded once the customer completes the purchase process and receives confirmation of the order.

4. Prices and VAT
All prices are final prices.
In accordance with § 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung), no VAT is charged or shown.

5. Payment
Payment is processed via the payment methods offered at checkout.
Access to the digital product is provided after successful payment.

6. Delivery
Digital products are made available for download or access electronically after payment.
No shipping costs apply.

7. Right of Withdrawal
By purchasing digital content and expressly agreeing to the immediate provision of the digital product, the customer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal expires once the download or access has begun.

8. Usage Rights
All digital products are protected by copyright.
The purchase grants the customer a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the product for personal or licensed purposes as described on the product page.
Resale, redistribution, or sharing of the files is not permitted unless explicitly stated.

9. Liability
Kosmorea is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the digital products.
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

10. Governing Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
